The purpose of this website is to give people more information about Christopher Ried!

I really do live by the Zig Ziglar philosophy that states: "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want!"

Working to improve your company performance is my business. Whether it is improving sales skills within your sales department, instructing middle managers to more effectively manage their direct-reports, teaching better presentation skills to the executive branch, or becoming a customer focused organization, Chris Ried is equipped and ready to assess needs, identify strengths and provide curricula to meet your training agenda.

Motorola gives us a shrewd lesson on investment in business. Motorola concluded that for every one dollar they spent on advertising, they got a three dollar return. Motorola also concluded that for every one dollar they spent on developing their people, they got a forty four dollar return on their investment... Where's Your Investment?

Training your employees is probably the most important investment you can make. Trained employees are happier, stay longer and do a better job. In most studies of what makes an employee happy, being trained for the job usually ranks higher than getting more money.  Training is that important!

Zig Ziglar has often said that he would rather train his employees and LOSE them than NOT train them and keep them. It is a spirited statement that speaks volumes about the heart of My Training!
