May 2005 – August 2008 Main responsibilities included marketing and facilitating 2-day Ziglar Workshops for local businesses, including Strategies for Success, The Ziglar Sales System, Essential Presentation Skills and The 24 Hour Champion Program. As a Regional Team Leader, I was responsible for placing advertisements in my region to recruit independent performance coaches. I interviewed candidates, pre-qualified them using DISC Profiling and then certified the Performance Coaches in the three courses mentioned above. I maintained contact with my Performance Coaches on a weekly basis to help them grow their training businesses and ensured they were performing at our standards. I conducted “Train the Trainer” classes at corporate office in Addison for new Ziglar trainers. I personally certified & trained 58 Ziglar Trainers. I performed these duties while conducting my business as President & Owner of Etail Experts.
